1500 Series Vortex I Miniature Spring Detangler & Dispenser

The original spring detangler developed for the electronics industry to detangle and dispense springs into electronic dip switches and key lock cylinders. This unit can handle springs from .5 - 4 mm ( .020 - .160 in.) , can be configured with 1 to 12 tracks, and has gated outlets for specific applications and products.

1600 Series Vortex II Miniature Tube Feed, Spring Detangler

This miniature spring detangler is a single outlet unit with a tube feed system for remote delivery of detangled springs into a customers product. The advantage of this unit is the footprint as access for the tube is all that is required for spring delivery versus the Vortex I above which is placed directly above the part.. This unit can handle springs from .5 - 4 mm ( .020 - .160 in.).

1700 Series Pneumatic Spring Detanglers (1700S, 1700G, 1700GH)

The base (1700S) is a pneumatic detangler for springs ranging from 4.5 mm to 6.5 mm mm (.177" to .250"). Next, the 1700G is for larger diameter springs from 6.5 mm to 10 mm (.250" to .393"). The 1700G can be customized with optional PLC and touch screen control seen at left. The last variant of the 1700 Series, is the 1700GH Hybrid which combines the best of the 1700G and the rotary detangling efficiency of our 1800 Series. Tube output is standard and can be coupled to an optional dispenser or presenter.

1800 Series Rotary Spring Detanglers

The 1800 Series spring detangler is an economical tabletop version of our heavy duty 1900 Series. Smaller on price but just as effective as its' big brother for smaller springs. This unit can handle springs from 2 mm- 20 mm ( .120" - .475") in bulk fashion (no tube feeding or dispensing). The 1800 series takes bulk springs and detangles them, then outputs the springs into a customer supplied container.
