1900 & 2000 Series Heavy Duty Rotary Spring Detangler

The 1900 (left) is a tabletop model spring detangler is all stainless steel construction and made to provides years of trouble free service in a production environment. The 1900 Series can withstand continuous use with heavy springs not suited for our smaller spring detanglers. The 2000 Series (right) all stainless steel automation duty spring detangler is configurable with multiple outlets and specialized tooling to suit rate requirements. We incorporate the 2000 series into our 7300 Spring Detangling & Feeder Systems, and are generally coupled to one of our Posi-Feed spring dispensers.

1400 Series Automation Spring Detangler

The 1400 Series stainless steel detangler and feeder system has a conveyor feed system for remote delivery of detangled springs, clips, or forms to a customers assembly process machine. This spring detanglers unique profile is due the ingenious detangling method. This unit is PLC controlled and can also be optioned with mono or color touch screen, host-slave communications and any special needs that may be required by the end user.

7300 Series Spring Feeder, Spring Detangler & Spring Dispensing Systems

Our complete solution in one package! These units incorporate the 1900 or 2000 Series detangler into a fully automated combination spring hopper and spring feeder, spring detangler and spring dispensing solution. These systems are designed, built and tooled based on the specifics of the springs being fed. Below are several examples of these highly specialized systems which are PLC controlled, operated by touch screen & configurable for worldwide use.

2600 Series Singulator

The 2600 SERIES SINGULATOR is capable of detangling many types and sizes of clips, forms and springs ranging from .005" - .200" in thickness. Optimizing the 2600 Singulator for different clips, is easily done by adjusting the 2 locking adjustment screws located inside the cabinet.
