1000 Series Spring Presenter
The 1000 Series Spring Presenter is our simplest device for presenting a detangled spring to an operator. When combined with one of our 1700 Series Spring Detanglers, this unit provides a low cost method for an operator to pick a single detangled spring and then manually place that spring into the product or assembly. The Spring Presenter is then automatically reloaded for the next operation.
1300 Series Posi-Feed Spring Dispenser
Our 1300 Series Posi-Feed Dispenser (left) is a very reliable and robust unit. This unit is scalable for a wide variety of spring sizes. When coupled to one of our 1700 Series Spring Detanglers, or a 7300 Series Spring Detangling & Feed System, this unit provides a single spring per dispensing cycle. Custom designs are also available for high speed multiple outlet dispensing capabilities (photo,right).

The Micromount micropositioner was designed to provide simple, yet highly precise linear adjustment of various types of sensors and instruments with simplified installation. Fine resolution and repeatable position can be realized far beyond the capability of standard sensor brackets. Single & dual axis versions (right photo) are available.
