We have developed this unique spring handling technology to detangle and feed springs without damaging them,The Detanglers can save significant labor and costs for you. The system can provide 1 to 12 untangled miniature springs. Springs are pneumatically agitated, detangled, singulated and then dispensed simultaneously into electrical switchs, electronic contacts, security locks , medical devices, etc.</div> <bR> <div>           This system can offer a very fast 1/2 (0.5) second/cycle if needed. It provides high reliability, low maintenace in a very compact and self contained package. Yet it delivers impressive feed rates of 100's of springs per minute. The miniature spring detangler system uses a removable Vortex canister system (approximately 4" in diameter x 4" high)  as a container to store bulk, unoriented springs.</div> <bR> <div>        The springs are agitated by precisely located air jets creating vortices to detangle them. They are subsequently fed and accumulated  into a "rainbow track" which has 12 channels to convey the springs into the dispenser unit. The track's see through cover allows the operator to visually verify each individual track's spring level.</div> <bR> <div>       The dispenser mechanically engages each of the springs and escapes them out. Each dispenser operation provides a single spring from each track at the same time.
