The 2600 SERIES SINGULATOR is capable of detangling many types and sizes of clips, forms and springs ranging from .005" - .200" in thickness. Optimizing the 2600 Singulator for different clips, is easily done by adjusting the 2 locking adjustment screws located inside the cabinet. This flexibility allows your investment to pay for itself over and over again. Singulator operation requires that your bulk clips be hand loaded periodically with 50~75 tangled clips (based on your sizes), into the chamber via the polycarbonate access door located on the top of the Singulator. The loading door interlocks the pneumatic system to prevent Singulator operation until the door is locked down securely with the hasp. The ultrasoft agitation design provides quiet operation (<70 dba) for operator comfort. It also minimizes stress to the clips during the untangling process providing parts that are free of any damage or distortion. The 2600S Singulator is usually placed on a bench in close proximity to the operator area to minimize manual clip handling. A tray, situated in the front door of the Singulator, presents the detangled and singulated clips, rings, hooks or other parts for the operator to manually pick up. These detanglers build on our successful processes, but utilize a novel new concept to effectively seperate and singulate clips, hooks, retaining rings or many other parts that tangle, but don't effectively detangle with other types of equipment.
