Pictured below is a Micromount 3200 sensor mount with universal 8 mm proximity switch bracket (#PM08UA) on our universal demo stand (# UD-STAND). The UD-STAND provides multi-axis orientation and rotational ability of the Micromount 3200 for use in application testing and demonstrating the device's unique capabilities.
Premier Tool Works is proud to present the instrument grade Micromount precision adjustment sensor mounting system. The system was designed to provide simple, yet highly precise linear adjustment of various types of sensors and instruments with simplified installation. Fine resolution and repeatable position can be realized far beyond the capability of standard sensor brackets. The Micromount is designed for use with most industry standard proximity, optical and laser sensors, plus vision inspection cameras. The relative position of any sensor or camera can be precisely controlled with the Micromount. The device provides operators with setting values that can easily be restored to an accurate, repeatable position. The Micromount is available in single-axis or two-axis configurations. It is engineered to withstand machine vibration and maintain accurate positioning via the integrated lock. The Micromount is ruggedly constructed from 6061 aluminum or optional 304 stainless steel to provide years of service with normal use. The Micromount is an "of the shelf" cost effective solution that relieves you of the engineering effort and the burden to "build it yourself".

All brackets shown below have two .125" diameter dowel holes for quick mounting. All are precision engineered and manufactured to provide consistent, repeatable sensor mounting.
